Thank you for shopping with us. Below is our Refund & Return Policy, please read it carefully:
Attention: We are delighted to offer refunds for items that remain unused, unopened, and in fully re-saleable condition within 7 days of their arrival. However, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns for any opened items. If your delivered product is damaged, claims can only be made within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Make a Return?
To initiate a return, we recommend using your local Post Office's 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. Be sure to request proof of postage or a receipt, as this will help in tracking the return parcel in case of rare occurrences.
Please include your name, order number, and the reason for returning the product on a note inside the return parcel. This will ensure that we can handle your return efficiently.
Return Postage Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition.
How to Obtain a Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for the funds to be credited back to your account. If you have not received a refund within a reasonable time frame after returning your items, please contact us directly or reach out to your bank or payment provider.
Faulty Items Purchased Online
If you believe you have received a faulty item or are experiencing issues with a purchased item, please submit a support ticket via the contact form. Our team will assist in resolving the issue or provide you with the necessary returns forms.
Please Note: All returns, whether for unwanted or faulty items, must be logged via our ticketing system. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Address
To return an unwanted or faulty item, please contact us via email or phone. Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns, and for items valued over £50, we advise using an insured service. We cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
International Orders
For international orders, if the shipment is seized by customs, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the matter in accordance with their country's laws. We do not accept any refund or chargeback claims in such cases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipment complies with customs regulations.
